Our Policies

We hold ourselves to a high standard. We work very hard to resolve any differences. Communication is key to success. We will explain any delay and keep you informed if there are any problems completing your order quickly. If an item becomes unavailable, we will quickly notify you and issue an immediately refund.

 You don't receive your order: Let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to reach a mutually agreeable solution in regard to this transaction. There are several options to exceed your expectations and demonstrate our high level of customer service.

If you decide to return an item: You can return new media items in their original condition postmarked within 30 days of shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Note that the book Bible Plays for Children contains software that is a unique product category and carries some specific guidelines. If you opened the CD package then the book is no longer in the original condition and cannot be returned unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, then we will reimburse for the return shipping.

You request to cancel your order: Contact us immediately and if we haven't shipped the item, we will simply initiate a refund for the order. If it has already shipped, then please return the item as soon as possible and when it comes back then the refund will be issued.

If your order is undeliverable to the address provided: We will contact you immediately and simply refund your purchase. For account security, we cannot ship to another address after payment has been submitted.
